As a board-certified construction attorney, he’s reviewed the drawings that didn’t coordinate, the contracts that didn’t protect the homeowner, and the work that looked fine until it failed. This perspective became the blueprint for Cartlidge Construction: build it right, document it clearly, and manage it proactively with a focus on construction accountability and transparency.
